For at least the past three years I have been feverishly amassing a collection of card stock, patterned papers, adhesives, and all the other accouterments of scrapbooking/card-making. I finally realized that blogging would be a good medium to document and remember my creations and to share them with other bloggers. Since moving to Colorado with my husband I have found lot’s of time to stamp and create (no thanks to unemployed 
).
This is a hobby I never thought I would have. Growing up my mom loved to sew, she sewed dolls, clothes, quilts, all sorts of neat little things. People love the things that she creates and said I was lucky to have such a creative Mom, but I swore I didn’t like sewing and didn’t want to do anything like that. Although I don’t sew (yes I can sew a button and a straight line…thanks Mom!) I find myself fascinated with paper the way my Mom is with fabric. Funny how things work out huh?
